I stayed at the B&B Hotel Milano Portello for three nights while attending a conference, and while there were some positives, there were also issues that were hard to overlook. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and providing good service throughout my stay. However, the lack of air conditioning made my room uncomfortably hot, and I found the soundproofing inadequate, resulting in a less restful experience. Overall, it was convenient for business, but not quite up to a high standard as a leisure hotel.
